Your files all end in .flac.flac while your md5 lists files that just end in .flac. That's causing the md5's to mismatch and fail. Three options:

1) Edit your md5 to reflect the actual file names.
2) Edit your file names to reflect the md5.
3) Delete your md5 and have the system create a new one.

Dave,I deleted the MD5 and hit update .Do I have to do anything else to have the system create one? thank you

Nope - now that you've done it, I've restarted the derives and they're going through as we, uh, type.
